Throat Chakra

The throat chakra: a place where matter meets mind. An integral center for communicating with other humans and non-humans. This is a place of sound, vibration through sound: vocalization. Where thoughts and feelings may be expressed in a very human way: the ability to communicate through spoken language and the written word.

The rustling leaves of aromatherapy have an affinity for the centers of throat & lungs. As leaves create and express for plants (think about the rustling of leaves…), these expressive parts of plants may support courage, listening and sharing.
