These L. stoechas plants are 3 years old, toughing it out on the coastal bluffs of Long Island Sound.

Spanish lavender, which goes by many names, is definitely a character to know and love! Its chemistry is earthy and clarifying, clearing muck and fostering self-acceptance. Though it is definitely not an oil to turn to for long-term use given its ketone content. After watching the video, read the Plant Talk article on L. stoechas and watch the associated Plant Talk video for further information.
