Time

Here we end up in the realm of the subtle compared to primordial beginnings, remembering they are part of the whole and none being better than the other. Something I must remind myself from time-to-time.

The hydrosols are deeply profound, timeless, subtle energy. Potent by not being incredibly physical. This section gets into the universality and cyclicality of water, of its ephemeral and mutable nature. Rumi’s poem, “The Lover and the Beloved” is mentioned during this session, below the video content is a link to a recording of the poem.

Following is a recording of “The Lover and the Beloved” by Rumi. The artwork is a picture I took of the miniature painting “Beauty Revealed,” a 1828 self-portrait by the American artist Sarah Goodridge. The painting is at the Met Museum in NYC.
