Sacral Chakra

One of the most creative acts known to us may be the process of life, which is inherently linked with sexuality. The Sacral, or Sacred, chakra is a literal and figurative pleasure center, a place where joy and creation may develop once root needs are met.

Seeds of aromatherapy are symbols and manifestations of the beginning and end of a plants life. They are dormant-potential (DNA! Fatty Acids!) waiting to set forth roots and leaves once the conditions are right. Working with sacral energy and seed oils may ignite and enhance the pleasures found in the sacredly mundane acts of existing such as eating, sleeping, sexuality, creating and relaxing.
